● Non-Refundable Application Fee: $55 per applicant (18+ years) This covers the cost of screening to ensure a smooth and secure leasing process for all residents.
● Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: $550* Holds your home and takes it off the market for up to 14 days, giving you peace of mind while you finalize your move. The $550 Reservation Binder fee is non-refundable, but $400 is applied toward your first month’s rent.
● Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent (refundable)* Protects your interests and ensures the home is well-maintained. At the end of your lease, this deposit is refunded, minus any applicable costs for cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear.
● Non-Refundable Utility Management Setup Fee: $25 per household. Makes your move-in easier by handling utility setup for you, so you can settle in without the hassle. In addition, a monthly fee will apply.
● Non-Refundable Pet Screening (if applicable): $25 per pet. Complimentary for non-pet owners. Gives you peace of mind that your furry friend is properly documented.
● Non-Refundable Pet Fee/Deposit (if applicable): $250 for the first pet, with a maximum deposit of $300. Up to 3 pets allowed. Allows us to maintain pet-friendly homes while ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all residents.
